This was taken at Fort Mason on Thursday.

This is the first photo I took when the sky actually turned to night time, which was at 8:42 pm. Six minutes later, I had to puss out and ditch the class because of my Raynaud’s fingers and my chattering teeth. When I arrived at my bus stop to go home, much to my expectation disappointment, the next bus wouldn’t arrive for 15 minutes, so I went into Safeway to defrost, called Regina back, and stared at magazine covers in the magazine aisle. Twelve minutes later, I headed back to the bus stop, sat down, and was shivering so violently that the bus driver, who was sitting inside the bus for his break, gestured for me to get on the bus early. I was so grateful and shouted, “Oh shelter!” as I boarded the bus and thanked the man.
If you like this photo in any way, I must give credit to my instructor, Tim Baskerville, for being so informative and patient with a novice like me.
